Immaculate Drywall LLC, doing business as Immaculate Drywall Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to delivering high-quality drywall repair services. The following disclaimer outlines important limitations, expectations, and policies related to our services. By requesting an estimate or hiring us for a project, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

Estimate Accuracy

Estimates provided online, over the phone, or through photos are based on the information available at the time and are intended as approximate projections. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection of the property and the scope of work required. Factors such as the extent of damage, accessibility of the repair area, and the materials needed can all affect the final cost. A revised estimate will be provided before any additional work begins.

Texture Matching

We take great care to match the existing wall and ceiling textures as closely as possible. However, an exact texture match cannot always be guaranteed. Variations in the original application technique, the age of existing textures, material differences, and the specific area of the wall or ceiling can all affect the final result. While we strive for a seamless finish, minor differences in texture may be visible in certain lighting conditions.

Paint Matching

Paint color matching is influenced by many factors beyond our control, including lighting conditions, the number of previous paint layers, the age and fading of existing paint, and differences between paint batches. Even when using the same paint color and brand, slight variations in appearance may occur between the repaired area and the surrounding wall. For the best possible color match, we recommend repainting the entire wall or room after repairs are complete.

Hidden Damage

Once drywall repairs begin, additional damage may be discovered behind or around the original repair area. This can include water damage, mold, pest damage, faulty framing, or deteriorated insulation that was not visible during the initial assessment. If hidden damage is found, we will inform you of the issue and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any additional work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were concealed behind the wall surface.

Repair Limitations

Drywall repairs address surface-level damage and restore the appearance and integrity of walls and ceilings. However, repairs cannot always prevent future cracks, nail pops, or joint separation caused by structural settling, foundation movement, temperature fluctuations, or building shift over time. If recurring damage is observed, we recommend consulting a structural engineer to address the underlying cause. Our repairs are not a substitute for structural remediation.

Scheduling & Appointment Timing

We do our best to arrive at scheduled appointment times and complete projects within estimated timeframes. However, appointment timing may vary depending on prior job conditions, unexpected complications on earlier projects, material availability, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule if needed.

Workmanship Warranty

Immaculate Drywall LLC provides a 3-month workmanship warranty on all labor performed. This warranty covers defects in our craftsmanship, including issues such as cracking, bubbling, or peeling of repaired areas that result from our work. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by water intrusion, leaks, or flooding
• Cracks or separation resulting from structural settling or foundation movement
• Damage caused by the homeowner, tenants, or third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed during the original repair

To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the 3-month warranty period with a description of the issue. We will assess the concern and, if covered, perform the necessary repair at no additional charge.
